Returns and Refund Policy Summary

• Countries covered: This policy applies to consumer orders delivered to Italy and Spain.

• Return window: Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery and must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

• Return conditions: Products may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop. Please return all supplied parts where possible. Missing original packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

• Return exceptions: Custom-made or clearly personalized goods and other statutory exceptions are excluded only where the applicable legal requirements are met.

• Return shipping cost: RWFWGV pays the return shipping cost for every approved return, including returns of damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

• Cash on delivery: Where applicable, we will arrange an appropriate fee-free refund method with the customer.

This policy applies to orders placed with RWFWGV, operated by AHT COOLING SYSTEMS NORDIC ApS, and delivered to customers in Italy and Spain.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

If an order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the last product.

Where possible, please include your name, order number and the products concerned. Providing a reason for the return is optional.

This right of withdrawal applies to eligible consumer purchases delivered to Italy and Spain, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

2. Return Deadline and Procedure

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

3. Pack the goods securely for transportation and return all supplied components where possible.

4. Keep the shipping receipt or other proof of dispatch until the refund has been completed.

This return address is used for approved returns from customers in both Italy and Spain.

Please do not send returns to our registered office in Denmark. Contact us before returning the goods so that the return can be correctly identified and associated with your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for all approved returns.

This applies both to returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal and to returns involving damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Customers in Italy and Spain should follow the return instructions provided by us.

Any additional shipping costs, including express shipping or other services arranged independently by the customer, will only be covered if approved by us in advance.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as they would reasonably be able to do in a physical shop.

The customer may be responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Where possible, please return the product together with all supplied accessories, batteries and chargers (if included), instruction manuals and any available original packaging.

The absence of the original packaging alone does not remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Batteries, Rechargeable Batteries and Damaged Products

For safety reasons, damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise abnormal batteries or rechargeable batteries must not be shipped without prior agreement.

We will provide appropriate instructions based on the condition of the product and the applicable shipping and safety requirements.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the problem.

We will provide an appropriate free return method and inform you about the available remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Refunds

We will refund all payments received in connection with the purchase covered by the withdrawal, including the cost of the standard delivery method offered by us, where required by applicable law.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without additional fees.

Where cash on delivery or another payment method makes reimbursement through the original payment method impractical, we will agree with the customer on an appropriate fee-free refund method.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized goods, as well as other cases where an exclusion is expressly permitted under applicable law.

Any such exception applies only when the relevant statutory requirements are actually met.

10. Statutory Guarantee and Consumer Rights

We do not provide an additional voluntary commercial guarantee unless expressly stated for a particular product.

This does not affect the customer's statutory guarantee rights or other mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

For consumers residing in Italy or Spain, nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or exclude mandatory consumer protection rights granted under applicable European Union law or the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
